The leather tag and serial num are printed inside. The seller said it is like that for this style. Is it a fake? Does YSL do have some style that does not have a leather tag but a printed one? The photos looked fine, but please ask the seller for a close up photo of the serial number tag just to confirm. The bag is not in the best condition, and may be really hard to fix the piping, IMO.

some bags do have the exact print instead of a leather tag, smaller versions with no inner zipped pocket
