Hi, everything looks ok but wait for @IntheOcean to look at this too.item in question: Proenza Schouler PS1 mini crossbody bag
Dear Proenza Schouler experts,
To make it short: Are there PS1 mini crossbody bags without leather tags with a date code/serial number?
Long version:
I bought a Proenza Schouler PS1 mini crossbody bag on a local secondhand platform that I'd like to give my niece for her confirmation.
Although I would describe myself as a bag "enthusiast" (not to say crazy bag lady), I'm unfortunately not very familiar with PS bags.
The bag I bought looks quite legit to me; the material feels good, it smells nice of leather and not of plastic or chemicals, the hardware has a pleasant weight, and appears well-made. I also received an invoice from the PS online shop with an order number.
What bothers me, however, is that the bag doesn't have a leather tag with a serial number, and I received two authenticity cards with the bag. The numbers on the cards are not identical. And the QR code on one of the authenticity cards takes me to the PS website, the other one to a weird "temera-imtrue" website. The invoice also states that the bag cost β¬312. That seems too cheap to me - I saw the same bag for β¬ 910.
I don't want to give away a fake bag, so I would be infinitely grateful if you could share your opinion with me.
Your expertise is greatly appreciated. TIA![]()
Hi! I agree with Ellie, the bag is authentic. Could you please add two more pictures - the logo up close, straight-up; the back of the bag? The lack of the leather tag is OK, the logo is printed on the slip pocket in the newer versions of the Mini. As for the price the buyer had got the bag for - perhaps they got it on sale, when some items in certain less popular colors go for 60% off? I don't know if PS do such deep discounts now, but they used to in the past.item in question: Proenza Schouler PS1 mini crossbody bag

You're welcome. Everything looks fineThank you both so much @Elliespurse & @IntheOceani am really grateful to you for taking the time to check the bag and for responding so quickly!
And here are the two pictures. I hope you meant the logo on the leather slippocket and not the one underneath the silver clasp.
