Hopefully Ive managed to attached the extra pics the seller has sent me. she says there is no serial ID

Hello! I just purchased this Mulberry Ledbury on Ebay but am now not sure if this deal was "too good to be true"...specifically, the brass plate on the front. I noticed most Mulberry bags, the "bolt" part of the brass plate face like / and \ (if that makes any sense), but this bag, it doesn't. Help! I'm not at all familiar with Mulberry bags...

Also, I was wary of purchasing this bag because the seller is new and does not have any feedback, but the seller was selling other used designer things like YSL shoes and such, so I thought it was just a new seller cleaning out the closet?

Your help is greatly appreciated, thank you so much!

I don't want to imply that this seller knew the purse was counterfeit, as the bag is good & she was completely transparent when the purse zip pull broke and I thought her gesture of including the bag charm as compensation was more than fair. I'll contact her through ebay now.

I just thought you'd like to share my positive experience, thanks totally to your help and advice in this thread.
I messaged ebay seller this afternoon and she could not have been more apologetic or helpful. She has refunded in full for the purse without wanting it back and let me keep the bag charm for the inconvenience.
The bag & charm were bought by her personally from Mulberry.com and the purse was from a boutique when she lived in Qatar. This has caused her to question some other items she owns from her time abroad, but we are both happy to have achieved such an amicable compromise regarding our ebay situation.

And I love my new Emmy bag with charm :-)

Sincere thanks once again ladies. I probably won't be back in this thread again for a while until I save up my next Mulberry budget, but I'd certainly like to join you all in other TPF chat areas. My small collection now comprises the Rosemary in Rio colourway and Emmy choc/oak plus matching charm keyring. I'm definitely a mid to late 2000's fan, but flirting a bit with acquiring a Taylor...

Very much appreciated.
