Hi! Im not sure of the second bag that you want me to explain, but this particular bag is a pretty bad fake. The stitched square underneath the mcm metal plate wasn’t done on vintage bags. The stitching is pretty bad too. Also the mcm metal plate is thin and poorly made. It should be brass and it should have four flat head removable screws, instead of those two blanks push tac looking pieces. HTH [emoji4]

Can someone please confirm that this MCM bag is fake? The seller also sent me "authentication tags," and one included the one detailing treatment of Studs. However, the bag was not a Stark studded backpack or have any studs on it. Do I have reason to believe that the "authentication tags" are taken from another bag and that the item is counterfeit?

Hi all. I purchased this MCM supple black leather double chain strap bag from an estate sale where the woman only had real bags for sale. However, I can’t find this exact style anywhere and I need the collective’s help. Inside the bag’s front pocket was the authenticity card and I’ve included pics of it should that help.
