So i found this MCM for a steal price
Seller told that its her grandmas and doesent know the origin of its but she believes its real. Is it vintage and could some one authenticate this for me.

I’m sorry but IMO, it’s not a real MCM backpack. The stitching isn’t right. The MCM on the inside front, shouldn’t be there and the dye on the material has a blue cast to the lower right edge. The quality isn’t there either. My apologies, did you purchase this? Can it be returned?

No i didn't! I was going to but the inside front logo had me suspicious and wanted to get it checked out here! Thanks for your help and saving me money. Think i'll just buy a retail one.

Oh, Thank goodness [emoji4] I’d say retail is your best bet and even then check that throughly. People are returning fakes and keeping the real bags.

Not sure on the exact style, but I think that collection might have been called sapiano. HTH

I need help with a Poshmark purchase. She says she imported from Korea and does not have original receipt or dustbag. Because the inside hardware was slightly crooked I was concerned . None of my local authenticators do MCM. Can someone tell me if this is real MCM? TIA

I purchased this MCM backpack without an original receipt. I am worried it is not authentic because the hardware above the zipper is a bit crooked. I’ve looked at similar backpack and it looks as if they were all a tad crooked. Can someone help me authenticate this small black leather MCM backpack and maybe give me an idea of its age. I would pass, there are quite a few things that don’t look right to me. The finishing is bad and the brass plates screws look are too flat. They should be a bit more domed or rounded.
