That one looks pretty good to me, the serial tag looks correct. It's consistent with this post:

This bag does have the tan contrast stitching and the tan suede interior. Again, buying a stam on ebay is risky, so I can't be 100% sure. It does help that it's offered by isoldit.

In regarding authenticity, I'm not 100% sure that either are real. The 2nd looks better than the first IMO. But yes, Venetias have a zippered pocket and on the other side of the bag have a pouch pocket with an opening behind it. On the pouch flap is where the nameplate is found.

One of the dead giveaways for fake bowlers is the texture of the leather (for patent versions). It should be wrinkly. Also, the handles on the bag should be puffy and wrinkly; most of the fakes have smooth, flat-looking handles. The final reason I'm suspicious of the bag in the link you sent is the price - seems "too good to be true" for this bag. I'm not implying that getting a good deal on a bag always means it's fake, but for this bag I'm not sure.

thanks for the heads up ill let you know once i get the bag if it has the riri zipper thanks so much..oh yeah and for the inside pocket does urs have the model number and does anyone know how they could make an almost perfect copy of this such bag?! i'am just wondering :confused1:
