I'm in search of a truly authentic Marc Jacobs Stella in black. I own a few so I know there are tons of fakes out there. Can anyone tell me if Designer Handbags - Designer Purses - Authentic Designer Handbag sells the real deal or a pretend Authentic bag. In the alternative, if anyone knows of where I can get my hands on a real one?? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I've seen this website before, my opinion is that this site sells fakes. Most of the photos shown are stock photos, so there is no guarantee that you'll receive the bag that is pictured. And the prices are way too low for a bag that is still current in season and not yet on sale.
This seller has been questioned before, this bowler is most definitely fake. The texture of the leather looks completely off to me. I'd stay away from this seller.
From what I've seen, recent stams have riri zippers, including the fall 06. Older stams, such as the 05 releases had lampo zippers with the lightning bolt.
Okay, so still looking for the MJ Quilted 'Ursula' Bowler... I'm skeptcal of these 2 but need another opinion. Thanks =)

Hmm... I'm not a patent leather expert, but this my opinion: I'd ask for additional photos of the first one, such as the back of the zipperhead and the closer shot of the leather to see texture. I don't see anything immediately wrong with the small bowler, but the add'l photos will help.
The 2nd one, the large bowler, actually looks ok to me. That pen mark may be difficult to remove if it's old and set in. The texture of the leather looks good to me, and the zipperhead is correct.
I don't think some of the MJ bags are real... for example, the ferrari red should have blue topstitching and the photo looks like it has red topstitching. And the pink blake has an odd shape to it.
If you already purchased the bag, I would try to cancel... if you prefer to wait until it is shipped to you, please post photos so we can check it out for you.
