quick auth question - the kisslock closure on an auth stam should be shiny, not matte finish...correct?

i was looking at this stam on ebay, but the kisslock is making me feel the 'fake' vibe. am i right??? TIA :)

judging by the kisslock alone, I would agree, it's too matte. There should be a tiny bit more shine, despite it being antique gold.

Do you think you could get a photo of the back of the zipperhead? I tried to zoom in the last photo but it wasn't clear enough. There's not enough views of the hardware, ie the nameplate, pushlock, zipperpull, and the riri zipperhead. That would be more helpful.

Hi thithi, thank you so much on your input! The juicy sweats do look fishy to me, and I think it might affect my decision. I've already bid on the first one (green sophia) so I'm seriously considering that one. I'll ask for additional pics of what you requested, and if I win, all you tpf'ers will see a new thread! hehe!

btw, go' head with your bigger ring in platinum, girl! :p

You're getting much better at this! The first and last look good to me, but the 2nd is hard to tell since there aren't any hardware pics. Seller looks legit, mostly resale bags, clothes, and shoes. It's strange that the listing description mentions the color oatmeal when the header says green?

Thank you thithi!! I think the most helpful thing I've learned from you in determining authenticity is to look for the pointed zipperhead. It's amazing how many fakes have those!! :push:

The 2nd is the least of my faves anyway. I'm really loving that turquoise one.:love: Thanks again!!
