The bag looks good but again, I'd want to see hardware closeup if I was seriously considering. I'd request photos of the riri zipperhead, a better view of the nameplate, and the made in italy tag. Otherwise, the seller seems legit, the other two MJ bags she is selling look good as well.

The seller had three of these bags for sale that were relisted a couple times. Her chili bag sold already, and she's left with the dk brown and the black. I think these are real, as I've compared similar details to the Hudson bags I've seen and everything seems good. She had them listed for a higher price but has since dropped it.. it's a good deal now!

hello MJ lovers!

i'm a virgin when it comes to MJ bags, or any kind of designer bags for that matter! :p i would LOVE to start things off with a Marc Jacobs bag, particularly the coveted stam bag, but there are so many fakes on eBay, and i can't really afford paying full retail price (i'm a starving student!!). :s anyway, can you experts tell me if this stam is authentic? eBay: Marc Jacobs Quilted Leather Stam 100% Auth. Bag Black (item 230044341720 end time Oct-31-06 08:51:39 PST)

the seller's feedback is private, which is kind of fishy, imo. if this MJ bag is fake, what gave it away? i really need to learn how to spot a fake from the real deal. any help would be greatly appreciated. :yes:

This seller is on my bad seller list, she's had several auctions of fake bags, including stams. I would definitely stay away.

i'm not sure if this bag has already been posted (i haven't seen any posts), but i'll apologize if it already has! can someone authenticate this stam bag for me? the seller claims she bought it at nordstrom and that she'll attach a copy of the receipt, but i don't want to take any chances in forking over a lot of money for a fake. so, it'd be nice if someone could tell me whether this bag is real or fake. any help would be greatly appreciated!! TIA!

This seems fishy cause this is not the early version of Stam with antique hardware and Lampo zipper. The later version of Stam with shiny gold hardware like the one on pictures, should come with Riri zippers. I would stay away until someone can confirm this bag is real. I hope it helps :smile1:.
