^ winona, that's definitely a fake to me! I think it's suppose to be the Slouchy Tote but the faker failed miserably... Here's an auth one on ebay:

If existed, it's from Marc by Marc Jacobs (a more affordable line). Styles from this line are often lined with fabric and made in Indonesia.
I thought it might be - Seems Marc by Marc Jacobs has more sportswear-ish items too. After a little more research I'm guessing this would be a Messenger Bag ? Has a huge flap over the front - hard to make out in photos. Thanks for your help!
Are there currently fakes that are that accurate for this model? (I guess I'm more used to Balenciagas where something is always off.)

Although you can't tell from these auction pics, the shirring at the top of the bag on fake stam hobos is different from the authentic.
Sorry, definitely fake... I can't tell whether this is real myself, as I haven't seen many stam hobos. I can't see the zipperhead well either. There are fakes on ebay, so be careful. I tried looking through the seller's history, she sold other lux bags like chanel and received very high bids for these bags. The dior guacho looks suspiciously real too, but again, not enough photos to confirm. I'd ask her to take more photos and pm a member who has this bag to look them over if I were you.
