Hi Everyone..... I am BRAND NEW to Juicy Charms, I have no idea why it took me so longggg to catch on (possibly because I was letting my pandora and tiffany's addiciton take over my life)... anyway completed pandora bracelet and was still "charm obsessed" and stumbled upon these Juicy Charms and FELL HEAD OVER HEELS IN LOVE  I have tried to do my research and have read a lot of posts on here and now I need the help of you experts!!!:D :smile1:

I just purchased my very first two charms (made the MISTAKE of going to eBay not even thinking about authenticity) ughhhh  can anyone authenticate these two charms??!! Pleaseeeee

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270574383380&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT

the second one I think is 99% real, the item # on bottom of box is YJRU3815

the problem one is the "Yorkie Hot Air Balloon" it is EXACTLY as pictured and looks authentic BUT the box has this manufacture number on it: # YJR4016 BUT it actually should be item# YJRU2988? (according to sites and photos on this forum?) SMH??!! is it real? is it a great knock-off? was it re-released? :confused1: I am so confused

Hope someone can help, as I said Im new to Juicy Charms but want to start my collection off right!!!

THANKS!!!! <3

Im fairly new to charms...but I can give you some advice..on here they have a 'post only pics of JC charms/bracelets'...if you are in doubt about a charm you can always search that thread to see if pics of the authentic charm have been posted...most people post not only all views of the charm but the correct color of the box/liner it came in,SKU,sugg.retail price, year it was made and when I post pics of my charms in there I like to put how much I paid for it..just to give a VERY general idea about what people might pay for that peticular charm..Cant help with what you already got but I figured Id give you this advice regardless!

Traz89-has anyone bought/know this seller??(on ebay)Bc they just sold a black leather JC bracelet(comes with a heart charm)like 10 mins. or so ago and now they have a silver one listed and a black one again....the first black one sold for 39.00-which is quite a bit under the 68.00 they retail for.Im very worried about bidding...any comments or help is greatly needed!!Thank you in advance!

ShopaholicOfJC Thank You for the advice... The charm looks real based on looking through threads it just doesn't match the item number, but I learned my lesson...

Does anyone on here know of any reputable e-bay sellers? A seller that sells authentic JC Charms?

there are quite a few that are authentic...the only thing that drives me crazy are the 'resellers' some of them are easy to spot, they are 'top-rated' sellers(some) and if you look at the items they have bought(in their bidding history)..you will see the exact same item(they might of paid like 20.00 for it)and they are selling it for like a starting bid of 60.00...it just drives me crazy personally...bc they always seem to want the exact charms I want(older/rare)and were I collect them, all they are doing is reselling them.I like to see the harder to find charms go to real collectors...not someone who wants to triple their money! But thats just my opinion!lol

I agree with you.I ended up not bidding on that charm...upon closer inspection of the pics it actually looked like it was a JC clasp and the G&P...But the ring that connected the clasp to the dangling letters...looked like it was not original...almost like the charm was'put together' by the seller,it was kinda bent...plus I looked it up 1000 ways(single charm/purfume charm/charm that came on purse etc....no where is that charm ever mentioned/shown/authenticated...Im happy with my choice not to bid...thanks for the info on it!:D

If you are talking about the one on ebay, I had never seen it before either. I looked at it closely and I didn't see any red flags, but I personally would not buy it because so far there is no confirmation that it is an authentic single charm.
IMHO, charms taken from full bracelets and other things like bags, clothing, and perfumes, etc. are in a different category than the bracelet charms sold singly in their box.

Hi there, no I didn't end up buying it. I was in London the other week and I saw the exact same in the Juicy shop, but I thought this was way too cheap to be real. It only went for £20 in then end!! Can you tell me why it is a blatant fake please??

Kind Regards
