This stamp doesn't look good I'm afraid. Maybe it's quality of picture but I doubt it. Engraving isn't sharp enough. Letters should be very clear. As I said before I'm not an expert but I wouldn't go for it.

It comes with box and certificate (indicates 2009). My main concern is that - the motif seems to be too thick. The opening is about 2cm since it's a cuff.
