The actual earrings look fine, I can't see the backs clearly but that doesn't matter too much. The stamp on the necklace looks engraved correctly in the right font, however there is usually an additional "spain" mark which yours doesn't have. It's possible that this was a variation as there have been quite a few changes to the stamps on open hearts.

Hey. I am not an expert but have done some research on how to tell if Tiffany items are real and I read that the Tiffany and Co will have serifs which is a type of font that has very small lines on the end (if you look up a picture you will know what I'm talking about). I do not see that on your piece but I see that on all my pieces that were purchased from Tiffany. That is a reg flag to me.

Unfortunately I think its fake. I checked my pouches and none of mine say made in china either. The inside of my pouches dont say anything.

I have that necklace without the diamonds and the shape of the heart is more defined. The peak of the heart of yours doesnt go as deep as mine (if that makes sense).
