Hi! I'm new to the forum and just wondering how do you actually get the store to authenticate a used purchase? I mean, is it standard for them or do you pay them to authenticate something? How willing are they to do this and do most SAs snub you for not buying new from their store? I'm thinking about Cartier and DY pieces.

Also, how do you get your $ back from seller (eBay) if an item turns out to be fake? TIA, and sorry if this question has been asked a million times before. These monster threads are hard to sift through. Thanks!

Tiffany heart link bracelet 7.5 inch
Packaging seems legit eg pouch fastener covered inside with cloth, and item itself feels heavy
Hallmarks say c2000 Tiffany & Co. one side of fastener and 925 750 Italy the other
Bought from jinch1977 (not selling other jewellery )
Started at £150, I paid £180.
Only just arrived so can start a claim if not ok!
I couldn't get more than one photo to upload

No red flags, would like to see,stretched out & markings in better light
