Seller: mamanchic
Comments:

I am not familiar with this item and can't comment. But I would recommend to be very cautious with this seller, which has currently listed a Fake Cent Plis de Miao. And it is not the first fake I have spotted there ...

Hi - I found this at a local thrift store and hoping you can verify it's authenticity. Sadly the care tag is missing, which I know isn't helpful.

Item: Dies Et Hore (Astrologie) by F. Faconnet
Listing Number: n/a
Seller: local thrift store
Comments: The care tag is gone. I've poked around the Internet and can't really find this colorway. If it is authentic, can you let me know what year it was issued?

TIA

The features seem to be there (copyright, and Hermes Paris, plus rolled up hems on the front) that indicate it's authentic. I did search images and found some in the same colorway but they are on Ebay. This is a Japanese site (not sure if it's reliable). The Google cache shows the same colorway as your scarf and the same one in Japan was sold.

Hope this helps.

Here's another French site with the same colorway...it looks promising that this does exist but of course it is no guarantee.

Hello and welcome. It is the custom that only members with an extensive posting history demonstrating deep brand knowledge offer authentication opinions. As you have also asked for help, giving your opinion on authenticity is confusing to members, and we ask that you leave that role to the customary authenticators in the thread.

Thanks for your understanding.

My apologies...did not mean to misrepresent myself as an expert...only trying to be helpful in posting links where the same colorway has been displayed or posted. Thoroughly understand! Thanks for letting me know!
