comment: I'm interested in this LA VIE DU GRAND NORD, can any authenticator help me to authenticate it? and the seller asking $450 for it, does it worth the price? thank you in advance!!
My apologies for hijacking this thread, but my SA has this exact cw and it is not cw 17 even though from the same Fall 2010 collection. Cw17 is, like sdsurfchick mentioned, a pastel cream/pale yellow.
This scarf in question is a fake, there has been a wave of high quality Grand Nord scarf recently (see http://forum.purseblog.com/authenti...e-ebay-fakes-here-67697-266.html#post24378628 ).
shopaholic_yuki - If you love this design, perhaps do some research on this thread: http://forum.purseblog.com/hermes/vie-du-grand-nord-lovers-thread-613279.html
If you want to buy this design, it's still available in some colorways in the H boutique in Short Hills (NJ), Charlotte (NC), or hopefully still in Neiman Marcus in Washington DC (last time I checked a few months ago).

Chestnutty, there is a difference between hijacking and contributing. Thanks for your input. Have a great weekend.

so true.
correct colorway of what the fake is trying to be would be S15 Noir / Sepia / Bronze, which looks totally different colorwise.

Hi all.
I am interested on this Hermes scarf but need expert opinion on the authenticity of the scarf. It seems that the copyright c is below the word Hermes-Paris makes me wonder. Is it from the old version? Would be much appreciate if you could help me on this.

Thank you!! I will do some research before I buy one, of course I will ask help to authenticate it first, :)

I hope someone can help me with this. I usually buy my scarves only from the boutiques, but I no longer live close to one and have to resort to online purchases. I need (oops, I mean want) a gavroche but became suspicious when looking at the photos of this one. The seller says this was bought in 1994 and never worn, but to me the colour and details are not rich and crisp. The seller sold some H scarves a few months back but the photos are no longer posted, though he/she is listing a second scarf as per comments below.
