Without the above information and current for sale status there will be no authentication

I cannot definitively say with such small pictures for authentication. What archives? BTW, finding only three cws is not a reason to think something is fake or special.

Your opinion, please, on authenticity...so many colors!

Comment: looking back through archives, could find color ways of 3 colors to a scarf, so maybe a special issue? or fake? TIA, jb

thank you so much for your input.
Just to clarify: by archives, I meant the seasonal reveal that I understood goes into reference library at some point.
And by extension, in this case, there were in that seasonal reveal various attempts to list colorways a member had seen; and in those partial lists never were there more than 3 colors on any particular colorway example of “Jardin de Leila.”
So, I questioned seeing maybe 5-6 or so colors on a single JdL in an eBay listing.

Comment: Even if these photos are not sufficient for authenticity-- Is the terra-cotta CW varied enuf to allow the gray doves on this eBay scarf, while HSCI exemplar shows light blue doves?

I think it's probably authentic. I use lines, shadows, shapes, fonts, and other detail much more than variations of a single color unless it is obviously a different coloration. The comparison of these blues and grays is futile as color tweaking and computer screens vary.
