Please help me to authenticate this hermes birkin bag. Thanks a lot.
Item: Hermes birkin bag 30 Courchevel
Listing number:321494604634
Seller: theperfectpursesh
Link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/HERMES-Cand...D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
Comments: I brought the bag out today and my friends told me that courchevel leather is discontinued in 2004. Moreover, the candy color recently came out so it couldn't be 2004 stamp. Also the stamp H is imprinted too close. I'm really worried about my friends feedback. Should i bring it to hermes to have a spa? Thanks

You're in the wrong thread dear. And unfortunately, the authenticators will not authenticate item that does not have a live link. Try a paid authenticators like Bababebi, search it online.
Another note, Jaune is Not a Candy line colour.

APOLOGIES OP FOR HIJACKING-MY POST HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR BAG.

OMG this was quite the exploration to find this thread as I'm admittedly not very good at navigating tPF although I have been a member for a long time.I tried to start a new thread but this system would not allow me to do that-probably because I haven't been around for a long time so please forgive me for posting this way but I didn't know what else to do and hopefully someone will respond.

If I'm being inappropriate I apologize in advance but I'm involved in what I think is a very interesting continuing discussion on the ebay boards. It involves whether there was ever a legit Hermes clothing tag with a 4 spoke carriage wheel. The label does not show up on the Vintage Label Guide and I haven't been able to find it anywhere other than on vintage 60s/70s clothing (mostly sweaters) that all look genuine to my eye and most of them have the old Bonwits label as well.

I am respectful and understand that you guys do not usually authenticate for ebay sellers and do not interact on the ebay boards with cross referencing that I know of. I am not asking you to authenticate the items of these two ebay sellers but if some of you would be kind enough to share your expertise and tell us if this 4 spoke label ever existed (obviously I think it did as do sellers on 1st Dibs and yes I realize that mistakes are made by experienced sellers) many of us would be very appreciative.

If indeed this label did exist, why the heck isn't it on the label resource guide?

Many thanks for your time and here are the 3 ebay threads:

What is a label resource guide? Anyway, we authenticate scarves, not care tags. I will say, tags are not nearly as important as people think.
