First, all the links end up in nirvana.
Secondly, I won't authenticate Maxi Twillies as they are ink-jet printed and easy to copy.
Sorry.

Item: Auth Hermes silk scarf "A Cheval sur mon Carre" w/Box FREESHIP
Listing number: 321300782061
Seller: otcha
Link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/321300782061?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
Comments: I noticed they've bought almost exclusively from linda*s***stuff for a while so am questioning whether these scarves really are from a personal collection. They also seem to sell all their scarves at very low prices, which rings alarm bells for me, and have a handful of negative feedback comments re. fakes. But I've been looking for this scarf for ages, so wanted to check on the off-chance it's the real deal.

This is a very nice example of how stupid/questionable buyers can ruin a seller's reputation in seconds. The Pierres d'Orient the seller got negative feedback for is authentic. It is unfortunately a sport on Ebay today to blackmail sellers into discounts and if they don't agree leave negative feedback. Sellers have very limited chances to get it removed (and if, it takes forever).

Pricing: especially when it comes to items from personal collections, pricing can be very subjective. There are scarves sellers care about and only sell at a certain price and others, they just want to get rid of. Their ungrail may be your grail. Also keep in mind that this is an auction and that the price may not stay where it is.

I have been buying from this seller for more than 5 years and had always good experiences. The condition was always as decribed and everything I got was authentic. No peculiar smells either :graucho:

Sorry for the long speech.

And yes: the CSMC in black and white from the first edition is authentic. Good luck!
