Item: La Femme aux Semelles de Vent

Comments: This is my second attempt to try to grab a Semelles GM Shawl for pricing that stays within 3 numbers. Maybe this one will be a good choice, or am I just being foolish? Outside of being pretty wrinkled, it looks to be authentic to my novice eyes… Thanks so much!

This is authentic.
Please note the condition and ask seller about more pulled threads. They are not easy to find on this design, but there are already 2 pics showing them.
Seller has no history of selling H (or any other luxury item), so a bit of caution may be a good idea.

I agree with you completely DDC that the condition is not ideal and the seller, while having a lengthy selling history, doesn't sell any H that I can see. Still, it would be for wearing as opposed to collecting, so it might be worth the risk at this price.
Thank you so much for your time in responding to my query!

Thanks DDC, I appreciate your opinion. I have another scarf (from a known seller) that I think I will bid on instead.

Again, kudos to you and all the authenticators; you are doing a wonderful service.

Hello Ladies,
I have been advised to post in this thread, the listing has already ended though.

Item: COLLECTORS! Original 1968 Issue HERMES CARRE SCARF - Les Amazones by P Dumas
eBay number : 321265046836
Seller: style-eclectic

Comments:
1. The edges are rolled towards the front BUT the stitching shows. Like a candy cane, haha hope you get what I mean.
2. Have you ever had the care tag being attached in the same "flow", using the same thread that's used for the rolling? This kind of means I could never detach the care label without breaking the thread that holds the edge together.
3. There is this lumpy bit of fibre towards the centre of the scarf. I can't tell if it's a particularly well executed repair or a fault. If it were a fault, surely it would have never passed the QC at Hermes?

What do you guys think? Am I just overly harsh on the ladies craftsmanship?
Here are my additional pics:
