Just to add, to search properly, go to search. Select advanced. Select posts. Enter your search term. This will search the entire forum and not just the most recent iteration of the authentication thread. Often, sellers have sold other designer brands and it is helpful to you as a buyer to know what their overall reputation is. Sometimes people have expertise in one brand but are new to another, meaning their eye for fakes may not be as keen.

Ladies, I am at your mercy! Could someone please render an opinion on this one? If it is authentic, I can sleep tonight, if not, then I want to have something to go back to the seller with. THANKYOU VERY MUCH, I really appreciate your expertise and help. (and yes, I should have come here before I bought...the stress is so not worth it!!! )

I received the bag that I bought last week, and to my amateur eye, it looks lovely, but I would REALLY appreciate your expertise on the bag. As posted earlier in the week, I bought it from a reseller in LA, it came with a receipt and the box, rain kits, bags, ribbon etc. The hardware still had/has most of the plastic on it. I have taken many pictures in both natural light and with a flash, so I hope there is enough here to authenticate it. The only thing to me that is notable (and captured in the pictures) is that the interior of the bag is slightly lighter blue than the exterior. Thanks for your expertise and help, it is really appreciated.

I DID read the first post. I DO NOT have an auction listing and I will put more photos up now if that is what is required. I also don't have a "seller information". There is no seller. It's mine. I'm not selling it. I just want to know if the stitching is okay.

Are you wanting to know if the stitching is fine as in "secure" or fine as in "authentic"? If it's the first, then you're better off posting this in the main forum or in Docride's vintage leather thread (in the reference library).
