I have just taken another look at this auction, and note that there is no picture of the blindstamp, and that a couple of things about the Hermes stamp shown are giving me pause.

I am now uncertain about authenticity of this bag.

Thank you Bababebi. Another thing that made me think twice was that when the bag was first listed the seller referenced (and posted a photo of) a letter from an H boutique describing the bag, its condition, etc as a way of proving its authenticity. Seller later revised the listing to remove the reference to the letter, as well as the photo of the letter itself. I wasn't familiar with this type of letter and whether H boutiques even do this (eg, "authenticate"). Might still be authentic, but I won't bid if there's even the slightest doubt. Thanks again!

Please also note that the seller recently changed eBay ID from hunter-equitation-goddess and do a search. ;)

Thanks dear, is Veau Box Calf the same as the box leather that we always talk about on the forum?

D,You know your BBK pic has a great influence on me ;p
Yes, this bag has been re-listed, I thought I would email an offer:)

The pictures do not enlarge, I cannot say anything about this bag based on these pictures.

Comment: This looks like a nice bag. Guaranteed for authenticity. Your thoughts?

The seller has turned on the enlargement feature and also added a picture of the blindstamp. I note that the bag appears to have been sold and returned in a recent auction. Any additional help you can give would be super.

Do not bid. I have never seen such a letter in 30 years of collecting and I am sure that Hermes do not provide this kind of thing.

I have read LightPinkDaisy's post as well. Thank you, very much/

Now you should DEFINITELY not bid.

The world is full of bad people unfortunately, we just do what we can to stay on the side of the right and the good.
