It's not my picture, but a picture I got from the seller, so I can't uploade any other picture.

I'll try to call Gucci again tomorrow and hear what they think.

The weird thing is, though, that I can't find pictures of the bag ANYWHERE online - I've searched everywhere.

The only model I keep coming across is "Gucci Santa Barbara" which is also in canvas and with stripes, but the stripes on this model are different colors than "mine".

Wouldn't you normally be able to find a picture of it somewhere online?

You may or may not be able to find a pic online, kinda depends on when it came out. I would ask the seller to send you a pic of the front & back of the tag....a clear non blurry one. Shouldn't be a problem for them if they want to sell the bag. I looked up Gucci Santa Barbara, could only find one...and you are right...looks different, different style etc.

whats wrong with it just so i know what to look for in the future?

For starters, in my opinion, font style on the back of the tag doesn't look right...bottom of bag looks like sewn uneven...front of the tag looks iffy...leather looks unevenly cut (next to tag both sides)....stitching looks iffy.

I spoke with the seller and she advised me that it was from the Gucci outlet in Italy, but it does not have the controllato card or care book. She did find the dustcover, but i know that really makes no difference.
I would appreciat eny help with this i can get!
