thanks in advance!!
We don't know for sure on these "unfinished" lined vintage bags... can't say for sure if FENDI would ever do that sort of finishing, so not comfortable with this bag.

Hi All,
I bought this Fendi Spy bag at an estate sale. Is it authentic?
Any and all information is welcome and appreciated!

Thank You! Have A Great Day!

I need some help here - After I bought the Fendi Spy I came here and did some research and decided it was a fake bag. I keep coming back here to learn what to look for etc. After I viewed this listing and responses I was confused and posted my bag because I determined that it was fake because the halogram tag has two lines of letters/numbers and from what I could tell it is not supposed to and the leather is wrong(too smooth).

Now this particular bag has the same halogram tag and Accio Sacculus and baglady.1 have the opinion it is an authentic bag.

Post# 678 by gwentan - this spy bag is black but has the same style halogram tag and an unreadable leather strip, as my bag. The poster asked the seller for more photos and she posted them in two seperate posts:

Post #689 - this is the new halogram lable photo. It's not the same tag as the one in the auction - it appears to be from an authentic bag because all letters/numbers are on one line - the numbers do not match either - you can read the numbers on both.

Post #717 - this is the photo of the leather strip -- it is brown the bag in the auction is black - wouldn't they match in a Fendi?? the numbers/letters are totally unreadable in the auction photos so can't tell if they are the same.

I am not trying to cause trouble or point fingers etc. I am just trying to learn so that I don't lose any more money. My first Fendi mistake cost me $40.00 and that is nothing like the $800.00 the person who won the auction lost if the bag is infact fake. If it is authentic - what makes mine fake besides the leather? Thank You - I really hope I haven't offended anybody.

My apologies to baglady.1 -- it looks like the leather strip from post #717 was for a different bag all together -- the second bag(link) from the original post #678

maybe gwentan mixed up the photos / auctions in post #689 - and that pic goes to the brown spy in the second auction(link) of the original post.

So - Now my question is -- is this an authentic Fendi Spy bag??

sorry if this is really confusing.

I believe we already gave an opinion on this one - it is indeed authentic...I authenticated it, but baglady.1 checks my authentications to confirm.
