Dear Corame

I bought this bag from an Italian website last year (it's a boutique which had online shopping but the website has since stopped operating but the actual boutique is still open). The website was www.marionbruschi.com

The bag is the medium Sicily from Dolce and Gabbana. Green colour. All proper tags and authenticity card etc. Anyhow today I took it to my local D&G boutique to ask for cleaning and they said it's fake! I am so shocked but I am convinced they must be wrong! Could you please give me your opinion? Pics attached

I need extra pictures from inside lining, stamp, details.

I was given a D & G bag as a gift and was wondering if there were in tell-tale obvious signs that could help me identify if it is real or not. The person who gave it to me is a bit pretentious and keeps talking about it to the point that it seems she is trying to convince herself it is real. It just made me curious. I am a beginner handbag person and if it is real it will be my official first designer bag. If not, I still like it so no harm done.
