It is a Miss Sicily sac. It has extra handle.

Dear Corame, I appreciate your time taken to help us. I am collecting designer hand bags, purses. I have more than 20 various designer hand bags, clutches, and purses now, but I have never seen such low quality control like the one above ( well with the exception of Valentino). Is it common for that kind of uneven stitches workmanship for Dolce ? Thank you
