Authenticate This Dolce & Gabbana

The D&G store in Singapore said that they can not authenticate the bag and can not fix the trap also. Thus they have to send it to their production team in Italy to ask for check and fix the trap. If the bag is authentic, they will fix the trap, if not, they won't. They gave me a slip and the saleperson's name card like this:

After 3 weeks, this saleperson called me to notice the bag was original and ask me to wait more time for fixing the trap. Until now, no fee at all. I am not sure how much they will charge for the trap loop. I will update you anything new.

Really curious to find out more. Pls ask them to provide a paper of authenticity as well.
