There is a big supprise for both of us. I brought my D&G sicily bag to D&G offical store in Singapore, then they (D&G) sent my bag to Italy to fix the trap and ask their production team for checking it was authentic or not. After 3 weeks, they called me and confirm the bag is original and they would fix the trap for free. So now I have to appolosize the seller. And in fact that I still wonder why...

As far as I know, they are not doing this. I would really like to see an official document from them where they sustain this. Normally, they cant call and just say it, they need to give you a paper.
So pls ask for it
