Hello,
I just bought this DKNY bag via online shop, but to be honest, I'm not sure if it's fake or not. Girl that sold me this bag said it's not fake, it was a gift and she wants to get rid of it.
Please, help me, I really don't wanna carry around fake bag.

I bought a DKNY bag but i am not sure if it's authentic
or not, it came without invoice or any thing else,
it is the first time i buy DKNY so i want to know
if it comes with an authenticity card or what?

Hello everyone,

I am very happy I found this forum, because I am far from being a purse expert and I need help.

Recently I bough a lot of bags at a estate sale, I bought them because I like vintage and condition and price were OK IMO, later on when I showed them to a friend she said that a couple of them seem to be designer brands, and if real then could be worth more than I paid for, a great find.

I will post a couple today and then I will take more pictures and post more later.

This one has this plaque on the front with DKNY, no other markings or tags anywhere, other that one inside that says Made in Thailand, not real leather but no plastic either. Has silver metal buckles that holds the strap and the zipper pull is also the same metal. The condition is very good and I love the vintage vibe. Hardware still very shinny.

So is this real, fake, worth something.... thanks if you can help me. :smile1:

DKNY are not worth being faked or not as popular to have owners leaving opinions?

I like the bag, but if one day I decide to part with it, I wouldn't want to be offering a fake for sale.

This bag looks like no DKNY bag that I have ever seen or owned. The logo is completely wrong. I don't think DKNY fakes are common, but this bag actually looks fake. It look almost like someone took a cheaply made bag and just slapped a designer name on the front. I have seen Prada and D&G fakes like that.

China and Thailand full of fake goods , the goods look so real, be aware

Thank you for your reply. I have to admit that the "feeling" of the bag was not good, I am not familiar at all with this brand, so although I am not expert either on others, at least I know of the big "no-no" proof of being fake.

Some of the purses I got in the lot, turned out to be real vintage designer bags, that made me very happy and hopeful, but well... better this brand be the fake and not a Gucci ;)

I won't sell or donate the bag.
