I am going to have to give this a :tdown:, I have 2x 2005 romantique's and this is the more current style but it looks like a cross between the 2005 and current one eg the 2005 has a small dangling D on it but the current one doesn't - it has the heart only and all that I have seen in this style don't have monogram interior it has plain satin.

There seems to be a general rule with dior - if it is monogram outside it is usually plain inside.

The interior lining is a great tip. Cause I have a brown romantique with the silk flowers, and it has a plain inside. That's why I was suspicious about this bag.

Correction on my previous post - the dangling d romantique was last year, the silk flowers is from 2005.

Sounds like you and I have the same, is yours the beige with pink flowers or dark brown with blue flowers ;)

I had the dark brown boston one with the blue flowers from Cabazon, but really wanted a beige one. I just sold the brown one yesterday, and am now looking for a beige one.

Between a beige boston romantique and a white medium gaucho, which one would you get? I'm 5'4" skinny. The gaucho is quite classic, while the romantique is so cute ... can't decide ...

I got this one from orlando but you can't have it :p

I think both would suit and holds plenty, it just depends on whether you prefer a shoulder bag or not, the beige romantique doesn't go over my shoulder :sad:

That's the one i wanted!!:drool: It was gone when I was over at Cabazon, so I ended up getting the brown one. Now people are holding onto their beige ones really tight, I can't even find one on ebay.:crybaby:

Have you ever bought a bag from ebay before? I'm really hesitant ... cause I've always bought from stores.

Orlando still had one left ($435), I saw one of these not too long ago go for around $500 I think on ebay and sabines boutique has one for $675 but if you can get it from the outlets it would save money.

I buy a fair bit on ebay, if you are worried just post the auctions here and someone will help out ;)

Well I must correct myself again, there is a D on the current romantique but on many of them they are on the side so I didn't see it :nuts:

The first one definitely wasn't with that interior.

These ones were from last years collection.

For best protection pay by credit card.

So you think the one I've been eyeing is not fake? I have a really bad eye for spotting fakes. I'm also a little worried about how the bag is sagging like that.

appears to check out and the interior and tag look good :yes:

don't know about the sag, my romantique boston maintains shape when empty and not stuffed but maybe it's a thicker coated canvas than these ones.
