Both Lady Dior bags are authentic. The first one is not meant the be quilted. Rather, it is simply embroidered with a Cannage pattern. Dior has discontinued this design on the Lady Dior a few years ago.

I prefer the second one. The quilted patent looks a lot better in my opinion.
