Stumbled across this Willis....another bag I'm almost certain isn't authentic but will post here just in case. The imprint and look of it are just weird...second opinions!~

very fake! Go ahead and report. The serial number doesn't have the right number of digits. Willis bags don't have anything stamped on the front. The leather looks like elephant skin. The hardware isn't Coach. It has an attached cell phone pocket!

ETA: If you read the seller's feedback, she is accused of selling a fake Prada too.

I found this at a thrift shop today. Looked good until I got it home. $24.99 Fake?

I was worried about the font for the numbers and that I couldn't find the style number anywhere. I did see some similar bags on eBay and liked that style. And the one you found to compare matches with lining and zipper pull. Yay!

The font is weird but correct for the plant, year and bag style. I can't find the style number either but there are plenty of similar styles with numbers close to this one. It is very pretty!

ETA: Just curious, is it about 13 by 7 by 3 inches? Those are the dimensions of the linen version of the Bonnie's Legacy satchel. I still can't find the suede versions.

Yes. That's the size. So it's a Bonnie's legacy satchel. I have seen a few suede ones now and then on eBay. Kinda really love the color on the one I found. Was going to give it to my sister for Christmas. Key word "was!"

This is the only photo I can find, it IS an actual Drilldown photo. The plant code might have been resurrected and the formatting quirks of the original G plant code version corrected. The bag itself looks ok, Cosmetic Case Large was the official name and it was introduced in 1996.

The "Court" bag is still up and is a Korean fake.

The "Taft" from ljc4242 has been removed. Note that my records show that ljc4242 had several fake Coach bags reported in July.
