Yes. That's the size. So it's a Bonnie's legacy satchel. I have seen a few suede ones now and then on eBay. Kinda really love the color on the one I found. Was going to give it to my sister for Christmas. Key word "was!"
lol! I have that problem when Christmas shopping. It is impossible to not want to keep some of the things I find! I usually give my daughters something I want to borrow.
This is the only photo I can find, it IS an actual Drilldown photo. The plant code might have been resurrected and the formatting quirks of the original G plant code version corrected. The bag itself looks ok, Cosmetic Case Large was the official name and it was introduced in 1996.
Thanks! I noticed another clueless seller has one listed as a rare Bonnie Cashin!

(Other brands on TPF won't even respond to your question if the correct pictures aren't shown, if the pictures aren't well focused, if the listing has ended or if you don't participate in other parts of the forum other than using free authentication services.)

Can someone explain this to me?? This has always bugged me since I can't figure out WHY they're so strict. No authenticating old listings or someone using only pictures that aren't tied to an auction.

Why does this matter? Just curious since I've never been able to figure it out and haven't seen an explanation on the other threads as to why.

The first letter is an M from what seems like a genuine Coach stamping mechanism. And sometimes they made mistakes, the style looks like a genuine 9984 Bixby Sling.

The second one IS fake, along with what you already noticed the style number apparently belongs to a Fish Scale Duffle from about 10 years ago but the fake is copying a Geometric Bag 9043 which wasn't even introduced until two years after the date code in the fake. The creed is also SERIOUSLY crooked.

You'd have to ask the people who make the rules.

Comments: Authentic? I see C's off center and no break in words on the creed. I should not be shopping for another Coach bag. LOL!

This seller had other bags for sale and if this one is fake others might also be fake.

Every "Coach" bag that seller has listed currently is fake.

The creeds on all of them don't look right at all. I'll report a few.
Her Kate Spades are fake too.

ETA: She sold this POS:

Because the authenticators are volunteering their own free time and expertise, they (the authenticators) are allowed to do as they desire.

Some of them want to avoid what they perceive as "freeloading," and others might believe someone is promoting her own items under the guise of verifying a purchase she wants to make. They want to encourage buyers to do their homework, i.e., ask questions, authenticate BEFORE listings end.

Also, some of the authentication threads for some brands are so busy and they may have just one or two members who are skilled enough to authenticate that they just draw the line to limit to active listings.

There are a few cases (I know I've had experience here and on the ebay boards) where the sellers have been rude and defensive to me/us and I won't authenticate for those sellers.

There are any number of reasons why listings aren't authenticated but those people always have the option of getting a professional authentication from one of the approved services.
