I don't have any photos or catalogs with that exact scarf, but the Spring 1990 catalog shows style numbers 280 to 282 with very similar designs and an identical Coach lozenge in the corner. They're described as 36-inch Madder Silk Scarves made in Como, Italy, so my guess is that yours is from the same line if it feels like a heavy silk. The designs are all classic Paisley or Floral patterns or a combination of both. Looks genuine to me! :smile1:

YAY! It is indeed very heavy silk, with beautifully hand-rolled/stitched edges. I stood in the GW store and scrolled through 24 or so pages of ebay listings til I found the one I mentioned....selling new with tag for $89 or so...before I plunked down $9.99. Shared a $5 off phone coupon with Madeline and got both for just under $30 before sales tax :) Thanks for the info, as always!

It's better not to let her know. Just report it (and post on the hall of shame). When removed, she'll get the message and won't know who helped with the reports. ;)

You can't warn the new buyer. Ebay could NARU for interfering. Just report it and hope that ebay removes it.

The Shelton is from around 1993. It is very like a square Rambler. I love the bag you won. Nearly all of these are too small for me. I haven't been successful at finding the large sized Saddle pouch for a reasonable price. I found a small burgundy one on my trip but I didn't get it as it was too expensive. Even DH liked it.
