I don't like it. Wait for more opinions. The stitching is sloppy, the lining looks too shiny. The font doesn't look right. I don't like the way the strap attaches. The inside zipper pull looks like silver metal rather than leather. The strap looks cheap. I've never seen Legacy striped items that didn't have brass hardware.

Yes! The lining seems overly shiny, as does the outside. I see what you are saying about the hardware et al. Another look through the listings and all Legacy lining hardware looks to be brass. Seems like the leather trim is also generally of a burnished golden hue. The longer I look, the more it starts looking like a very bad fake.:shame:
Only able to find one similar bag (also seems fake) online -has exactly the same but has a different trim color. The creed patch is more visible and looks pretty phony. It is listed here:

There were a tiny handful of Legacy Stripe items with silver hardware, see the Leah Top Handle Pouch #42423 below. But the colors on the questionable bag are too bright, the pink trim really cheapens it and I agree about the strap looking cheap, the dogleash clips aren't right, and the creed stitching is a MESS. I don't think they've ever used Patent trim on a Legacy Stripe style.

The other one you found doesn't have a creed, just a Horse & Carriage stamping. But if it was a Poppy I dont think it would have either Legacy Stripe fabric OR an HAC stamping. And Coach would NOT use an HAC patch in the same location as the creed would normally be placed. The stitching around THAT patch is a mess too.

Report away!

ETA - also look at the edges of the oval plate on the turnlock, real Coach turnlock plates would have smooth rounded edges. You look like you could slice off your fingertip on the fakes's turnlock edge. See a real Coach turnlock on the 41758 Legacy Stripe Capacity Wristlet below.

It's definitely fake.

The markings on the female part of of the turnlock closure are only on fakes.

Hi there! I'd love to have a couple of bags from GW authenticated.

Item: Coach Poppy Large Slim Liquid Gloss Tote Black 18673
measurements: 13" long x 12" tall x 3" deep with continuous chain and leather straps
comments: In addition to the creed patch there is also a small seam tag that says Coach Poppy with a heart. Is this the right name? And is this bag actually made of patent leather or some synthetic? The creed states "finest materials and leather" but it feels very light for such a large bag. Also the chain seems kinda cheap...

Item: Coach Sonoma Navy Leather Pocket Zip 4924
measurements: 10.5" long x 9" tall x 4.5" deep
Comments: the light isn't great (obviously) but it is a navy blue. Same pocket on both sides.
