Didn't the patent black Sabrina (if it is the patent black) come with bronze hardware, not gold?

The title shows "shoes."

The reason I question the bag (although suggest you get additional pictures) is that I'm pretty sure the lining should be purple.

They were kind enough to send very hard (for me at least) pictures of the creed, there is one now posted with the listing if anyone wants to check:

I have asked for the numbers, but don't know if I should just give up, because I am not interested in the bag, but in reporting it if it is fake.

Thanks, puckettk and BB!

I don't know about the hardware color, but I can tell you that I have had and handled numerous patent leather and "pvc" patent leather trimmed bags from Coach (they don't always use genuine leather) and NONE of them peel like that, ever. Worst I've seen is where the corners get scraped off. The handles get worn, but never peeling all over..that is cheap vinyl coverings.

Do you really think anybody would buy that mess?

Comments: I know this signature fabric is a favorite for fakes. The quality seems to be there - stitching is good - pattern is mirror image, leather is baby soft and smells good. Fingers crossed! If you guys need any more pictures of anything just let me know. Sorry, my inside purse pictures never turn out very well even on my macro setting.

No creed, I don't know name or time frame - guessing 2005 ish

Measurements: 8" tall x 8" wide x 2 1/2" depth 21" strap drop

I don't see any problems. More opinions are welcome.

Comment: isn't Z the plant code for Dominican Republic, or is it Hungary?

By 2003 the Dominican Republic plant was being phased out but the Z code along with the X code were still its exclusive property. The "Bellini" looks fake, not just because of the invalid plant code abut also because of that stamped impression of a solid border that you can see almost all the way around the base of serial number. The formatting of the 2003 DR plant stamp changed several times during that year but never was used by the US as far as I've been able to trace. And AFAIK the Bellini was never made with pearlescent leather. In fact I don't remember ANY Coach bags from the early 2000s in Pearlescent Green.

While there's alsways a chance that the style may have been resurrected for the outlets, the Bellini doesn't seem to have made it into the 2003 lineup. And by that time, if it had been an outlet-only bag it probably should have had a bullseye stamp.

The "elephant skin" leather on the face of the bag is another bad sign, and the Coach stamp on the front is too far away from the top edge. The hangtag isn't right either but that doesn't prove anything unless it exactly matches the bag color, meaning it was made at the same time in the same VERY unusual color. The "cocktail" bags like the Mimosa, Bellini and Martini had mini leather tags and they were NOT the old double-sided style. There are other small details like the strap stitching and placement of the strap buckles that aren't quite right either. I'm adding Coach's photo.

Here are several genuine Z plant stamps from 2003:

This one looks okay to me, but confirmation would be good. (I feel like I've seen this in factory stores fairly recently?)

I don't understand why the seller uses "faux leather" in the description, unless she's clueless about what "faux" actually means. The bag seems ok to me but more opinions would help. Recent styles aren't my specialty.

Comments: Along with authenticating, any other info is most appreciated!

The seller doesn't show or mention the fact there there are probably TWO inside sections which would make it a Sheridan Glenwood, style 4225 from 1992 or 1993.

And I wish sellers who copy & paste from the Salearea Guides would at least have the courtesy to acknowledge where the information came from.
