The Bubble Print Wristlet is genuine and is style 6962 from 2005. Coach made several different styles with fish patterns, that one is harder to find than the three khaki Sig styles with the suede trim which were the Fish & Bubble Applique versions, style 6963. Pictures of both are below.

It's a really cute design - nice find!

Hi - Can I get you guys to check out this canvas wristlet? 7.75" x 4.25"
If it's good what would be the style name or number and when did it come out?
THanks.

Such a great find!!! That whole line is just so cute. I don't usually go for cute but the fact that it's Coach somehow makes it OK. Quality cute!

It looks genuine. But it's a Station Bag, not a Willis. And I'm not sure if it's a Bonnie Cashin design. According to my records the Station Bag in its current form with the tabbed front pocket doesn't seem to have been made until the early 1980s which is at least 7 years after Cashin stopped designing for Coach.

Thank you Hyacinth. Appreciate your expertise.

It seems genuine but without measurements and more pictures it's impossible to say what it is, just that it was made before 1988. The first digit is a zero, not the letter "O".

Serial numbers from before 1994 don't include the style numbers so searching for the number does no good at all. Each bag had its own unique number.
Ok I'll try to get some more pics to you soon. It's hard because my house is very dark even with lights on and very few windows and it's rainy today. I guess when this house was built in 1924 they didn't need lighting like I need lol. Thanks and I'll get some more out soon.

Second bag is a unisex type of messenger bag. 14" x 10" x 3"
The creed has serial no. G1S-5339.
This looks really good to me (authentic) but I can't find anything on a google search or on ebay with the style number?
Thanks so much!!

I was never able to sell the Metro Messengers for more than a pittance. For some reason they are a hard sell.

Hello!
I just got this purse and wanted help checking authenticity! Everything I know about authenticating has checked out so far but I'm no expert. Its a Coach Peyton Cora Embossed.
Thanks!

Nope, complete fake. Not just the uncentered pattern, but the fake "Coach" stamp on the buckle, the O-rings are thin and cheap, the "antique-ing" on the brass is wrong and looks fake, the stitching especially on the leather tab that goes through the buckle is an unholy MESS, and that's just on the photo you posted. I haven't even looked at the actual listing yet.

ETA - It also has a C pattern lining and a fake creed with a -331 style number which AFAIK was never used in a Coach bag. And the creed says "enOuring quality."

Thank you again Hyacinth. :ty: :urock:
This forum has helped me learn so so much. I have always loved Coach handbags but was always afraid to buy one since I had no idea what to even look for but am looking at every detail now. Some of the older styles are hard to do research on and wished so many pictures were still available on the purse forum.

The creed patch style number on this fake bag didn't even match up to anything even similar so that was another clue something wasn't right with that one. Hope the seller doesn't try to relist this one because it was just plain ugly. It needs to be burned with the trash. :bagslap: :graucho:

Wow I love that wristlet! Looking at Hyacinth's stock photos it looks like the fish never had eyes! So I would just leave it! If it really bugs you I think some type of leather would work. There is also a specific thread on TPF that deals with rehabing coach bags! Here is the link:

http://forum.purseblog.com/coach-clubhouse/coach-rehab-and-rescue-club-833400-458.html

The ladies are amazing over there and I am sure they will help! I always ask over there first before I do anything! I feel like just a short while ago Joodlz had a wristlet that she rehabbed that had the kacki print (you can do a history search on the thread!). So go visit that thread! Ask questions! Post pics! And share your results! Good luck!!!
THanks for the advice, I will go to the thread and get help!
There is a tiny bead where the eye would be,and a really tiny piece of what looks like a dark blue sequin so that is probably what was there.

Here's a pic that might help. The catalog photo shows the same kind of silvery button as the other 5 on the body, but this picture I found somewhere else looks more like yours. So it's hard to say if they changed that detail before production or if the eye button just had a tendency to fall off.

As for dunking, wait for more opinions.
Yeah that looks exactly like my eye close up, so I might think it is supposed to look that way.

I'd appreciate a look at this bag to authenticate and id the style. It measures 10" high x 11" wide x 4" deep. The strap is not adjustable. Excuse the nosy cat. Thanks!
