I can't find the ebay "Purses and Accessories" forum???

They have that new page with all the columns and boxes haphazardly all over the place.
What bimbo came up with THAT idea?
I know, the same person that does not want you to be able to EASILY find a group that has comments/complaints about ebay...like the discussion about the NEW SELLER UPDATES,
that's MIA too!

In its continuing infinite wisdom, ebay decided that there were too many boards. To "simplify" the boards, they consolidated some and eliminated many. In this case, the clothing (CAB) and shoes, purses and fashion accessories were combined and are now the "fashion" board.

It looks genuine. But it's a Station Bag, not a Willis. And I'm not sure if it's a Bonnie Cashin design. According to my records the Station Bag in its current form with the tabbed front pocket doesn't seem to have been made until the early 1980s which is at least 7 years after Cashin stopped designing for Coach.

Second bag is a unisex type of messenger bag. 14" x 10" x 3"
The creed has serial no. G1S-5339.
This looks really good to me (authentic) but I can't find anything on a google search or on ebay with the style number?

Both are genuine. The Messenger Bag isn't in my files but it might be part of the Metro line. Metro Leather Messenger, maybe?

The Bubble Print Wristlet is genuine and is style 6962 from 2005. Coach made several different styles with fish patterns, that one is harder to find than the three khaki Sig styles with the suede trim which were the Fish & Bubble Applique versions, style 6963. Pictures of both are below.

It's a really cute design - nice find!

Thank you Hyacinth! I love this wristlet and thought it might belong to that group but I have never seen this particular one. My fish seems to be missing an eye. Your stock photo is a little too small, do you know what it is supposed to be there, was it a "googly eye" or a bead or leather do you think?
I think I even have a small matching hang tag I can use. Cool!!
Also, what's your feeling about it being color fast? The canvas is a little soiled and I would like to give it a dunk, but I am afraid.

Wow I love that wristlet! Looking at Hyacinth's stock photos it looks like the fish never had eyes! So I would just leave it! If it really bugs you I think some type of leather would work. There is also a specific thread on TPF that deals with rehabing coach bags! Here is the link:

Hey joodlz! I dunked a Mandy in this color. Can't tell if yours needs it. it was a little scary but totally uneventful. Took a while to dry but the leather smell in the room was yummy!

Nope, complete fake. Not just the uncentered pattern, but the fake "Coach" stamp on the buckle, the O-rings are thin and cheap, the "antique-ing" on the brass is wrong and looks fake, the stitching especially on the leather tab that goes through the buckle is an unholy MESS, and that's just on the photo you posted. I haven't even looked at the actual listing yet.

ETA - It also has a C pattern lining and a fake creed with a -331 style number which AFAIK was never used in a Coach bag. And the creed says "enOuring quality."

Here's a pic that might help. The catalog photo shows the same kind of silvery button as the other 5 on the body, but this picture I found somewhere else looks more like yours. So it's hard to say if they changed that detail before production or if the eye button just had a tendency to fall off.

As for dunking, wait for more opinions.

It seems genuine but without measurements and more pictures it's impossible to say what it is, just that it was made before 1988. The first digit is a zero, not the letter "O".

Serial numbers from before 1994 don't include the style numbers so searching for the number does no good at all. Each bag had its own unique number.

That's probably exactly what Ebay was aiming for. The less help the boards are in helping people, the more money Ebay makes. And Ebay prefers it's members to be as clueless as possible. The board management company "Lithium" definitely picked the right name. The boards have been "Griff'ed".
