The second of the 2 I'm hoping for help with:

medium size ash-brown folio / attache with glued-patch registration below the creed

Again, many thanks! :smile1:

Edit: Once again, the measurements! (Oh, my brain just doesn't want to work somedays!)

L = 13"
W=9.5"
D=3"

Thank you so much!!

Thank you. Yes I actually have been noticing a pattern on eBay, on several legacy duffles that have M size measurements are listed as LARGE items :sneaky::thinkin:
You're welcome. The regular is actually a large bag so that could be why sellers are calling it large. If one seller describes it as large, a bunch of sellers end up copying.

I recently acquired a couple of bags for rehab projects and thought I should have them checked out before putting in a ton of work!

I have 2 I hope someone can take a look at:
First, a small white NYC shoulder bag with a creed but no registration / serial number;

Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance ... :smile1:

Edit: Forgot to add the measurements!
Length = 8"
Height = 7
Depth = 4

Strap is approx. 35' with 4 buckle holes
It's an authentic small shoulder bag 9530, from the mid 70s.

This is a slim satchel standard 9430 from the late 70s or early 80s.

You're welcome. Congratulations on finding some great bags.

Thanks! I'm afraid it's a bit of an addiction (as it seems to be for many here!), but I just love the heavy leather. Have since I was a kid - I think it started with my first baseball glove, and instantly translated to Coach bags as I got older!

BTW, love your "Wishlist" tag - too true! So, so true! :smile1:

Thanks. I am trying to learn. Can you give me some info on what's wrong with the first bag so I know what to look for?
There's nothing right about it since Coach hasn't ever made a bag even similar to that style. The lining is only on fakes, the front plaque isn't the type of horse and carriage plaque that Coach uses and the creed is a mess with sloppy stitching, wrong font, invalid serial number and misspelled and run-on words.

This creed has misspellings I don't think I've ever seen before!!

1. Finestmaterials
2. superiorcraftsmanshipand
3. attention to CETAIL
4. rePleOt
5. CUR commitment
6. enduGing

Gosh...I can't believe I didn't look close enough to see all the misspellings.
