Any time you see that thick font with a J8H- prefix it's almost certainly fake.

It's very hard to use tpf with the current problems. From what I can see of the photo, there appears to be a frame where the number was stamped, and as you know, a Z would be only used for the Dominican Republic. I would suspect there are other problems with the bag. A 1995 creed is too early for this style since it wasn't introduced until Spring 1997.
