Approx. 9.75”w x 9”h x 3.5”d Strap drop 18.25” to top of buckle.
Pocket under the flap, but no pocket on the back.
I know I've seen these on the various forums, but I'm at a loss for a name and style #...
Any info is much appreciated...thanks in advance!

Edited: Maybe a Saddlery Bag #9535...looks like one Tetondeb has on ebay :)

I know there is no pic of the creed, I have asked the seller and have gotten no response! So I know you can authenticate it 100%. I agree. And we've seen a LOT of fakes of that style. It's not worth the risk.

It's mine! OMG! They accepted my offer. Well, now we will be able to find out the color. Once it's rehabbed. Can't wait to see it. I think i might end up with 2 of these. .. or my olive one that is on its way might be the mini version. ..eek!

The seller lists the model as 4908, but I saw a bag on ebay with 4908 as a messenger.

The one on ebay with 4908 is really 4903 - the seller just misread it. Style 4908 is a backpack.

For the backpack, the seller says it was made in Italy and I think I read an E in the creed, and it looks like it could say "Made in Italy" at the bottom of the creed. I'm a little confused because it looks like the seller has the same backpack listed for a different price: https://www.etsy.com/listing/200120...hesi7hYLVuz6XV2I-qPBltrnfMC4-EGAb1BoCMsPw_wcB

I don't see any problems if the creed checks out.

The real one looks a lot like that. The fakes are very close which is why you have to be so careful. In real life, you'd probably be able to tell a lot easier by the quality of the leather but you can't always see that in a photo. It's a Legacy satchel #9063.

When I would go to quote you, I'd get an empty box, almost like what you're seeing. Maybe the reason I could quote you is because you copy and pasted it back in.

Purchased on eBay. Recieved a refund from the seller because I am sure it was a fake. 2 other bags are for sale on eBay with the same number stamped crookedly on the creed.
Tag had a horse and carriage stamped as well as the word Coach.

Coach Red fold over tote.
Serial Number: B0973- 12988

Seems like plastic, not leather. Hardware thin, rings have visible seams not solid. Both sides of the bag have zipper pockets.

Was I right?

Yes you were. If you weren't, would you give the money back to the seller? It seems to me you should have authenticated before you accused the seller.

I just posted today on the "answers to AUTHENTICITY questions!!" thread because this serial number came up elsewhere on ebay and in a search, I found more fakes with the serial number than authentic items.
