It looks fine. Coach made bags in the US up until the early 2000s. This bag was made in 1994. I think someone might have added reinforcement stitching to the strap. The thread color doesn't match.
I agree with BeenBurned, there's NO evidence that any of those bags are fake.
OK my mistake. The creed looks weird poking out the top like that. I guess the colour threw me too but that's probably just the lighting. Thanks for enlightening me.

Not only that, but ANY bag of ANY kind with a 2002 year code would never have had a "scars scratches and wrinkles" creed or an industrial-style zipper on the inside pocket. I don't know exactly when Coach discontinued the denim blue fabric-edged Industrial zippers but it must have been by the early 1990s at the latest.
