She also describes it as "Trying to get my money back for a gift that was never given".
I don't recognise the style but even if I did there's absolutely NO way I'd buy anything from a seller who REFUSES to take a creed photo or even list the serial number. If it was bought as a gift she should still have the receipt so why not return it for a refund?
Frankly, her story stinks and has more holes in it that aged Swiss Cheese, and I wouldn't buy from seller " dkmanomet " if she was the only seller on Ebay.
The bag is fake too, the C pattern isn't centered, the Carriage emblem wouldn't have been used on such a cheap-looking style, the hardware especially the rings holding the straps are thin and cheap and I don't remember Coach even using woven handles like that, and the Carriage emblem and patch are fake and only found on counterfeit bags, and it's not even centered correctly on those stripes. The price tag is also fake, the way it's half-opened you should be able to see the price on the inside bottom edge of the tag but there's nothing there.
BTW, the seller relisted - this should be the URL and listing number to report. Maybe that's what you mean by "two listings"?

AND THE SELLER HAS ANOTHER POS LISTED, PLEASE REPORT BOTH:

Totally fake style, fake price tag, fake AND crooked Carriage emblem and Coach logo, and another BS lie from this scammer:
"Brand new from the coach store. Trying to get some of my money back. It will be shipped still in the unopened box from coach the way I purchased it."
BULLSHYTE.

DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER dkmanomet !!!
Here's at least one site where this CWAP is being sold. URL is tweaked to protect the innocent. Both styles listed by that crook may be from this site, googling the listing titles leads here and to at least one other URL that takes you to the same store. There are different sites selling the same garbage too.
www DOT faiena DOT com/Coach-In-Monogram-Large-Pink-Totes-Bwq-960.html
Googling the title used in the seller's second listing "Coach In Monogram Large Pink Tote" in Google Images turns up a remarkable collection of almost all junk and the sites selling them. Just one reason NOT to use Google as an authenticity source.
"All handbags on our shop are super high quality and fashionable, aaa+ quality. 100% replica to the authentic handbags, the same leather, same hardware and undercut costs to offer consumers very close to the same quality as the authentic handbags."
The rest of that seller's fakes are just as disgusting. DON'T go to their site unless your computer is thoroughly protected from malware and spyware. That holds true for ANY questionable website.
The domain is registered in Australia
