Also got this one at a GW, if someone could please authenticate? :)

Item: It looks like a Soho Pebbled Leather Hobo
Comments: Normally I don't buy newer bags, because the old school glove leather Coaches are my favorite, but I liked the pebbled leather. Plus, I don't have any light leather purses so why not, I thought. I've dated it at 2008, style #11837. When I googled the style number, the pictures I found look just like my bag.

The strap clips are too short and the part around the swivel isn't right, the inside of the leather loops holding the top handle shouldn't be white, the top handle isn't stitched correctly, and not only is the plant code wrong but so is the style number. 9017 is an Abbie Zip, the Lunch Box should be 9991.

melissa5282013 also has this listing for another fake. It appears that more and more sellers are hiding fakes in "lot listings" and that's the case with this one:

The shiny black bag on the left is fake with a serial number with a thick font, border around it and style number that doesn't match the style.

Hey Ya'll…I found this Willis bag online for a great price…almost too good. Just wondering if it's authentic? Seller claims it is.

The creed number is F040-9927…she can't get a picture of the creed number but recited it by email.

It's hard to get a good picture of the creed in a tight bag but it's really important to see it. My guess is that she's misreading the serial number and that "O" or "0" isn't the factory code.

Suggest that she prop the bag open with a spoon or other utensil, position under a light or shine a light into the bag and try to get a picture.
