It looks authentic. It's a Ranch Bag #9852 from 1989 -1991. Several people have had problems with that seller. You might be able to find more information by doing a forum search for the seller's name.

I was looking for a fairly inexpensive bag to re-hab and this one fits the bill.....she also has great feedback on Etsy (I always check) so I didn't see any red flags with the transaction.
However, if the bag doesn't look as she described it then I can always get my money back through PP.
Another thing that made me feel comfortable with the purchase is that she has a "no hassle" 14 day return policy.

The seller, station_85 (station 85) also sells on ebay with the same user ID.

A forum search won't bring up the posts because when there are special characters (in this case, underscore) in the name, the search software doesn't recognize the name. However if you google "station_85 purse forum" you'll find plenty.

The seller has a habit of not accurately describing condition of her items.

It's really important to post the seller's ID in the request because it's helpful in determining a seller's reputation as well as finding other listings from the seller.

In this case, the seller is kats_cache and just 4 days ago, she had this fake listed. (It's been since removed.)

She is definitely British Tan..I took the pics outside in the sun. I was sooo shocked to see that she was in such great shape that I thought something had to be off..She is so squeeky new !!My hubby thinks I'm getting paranoid~but hey..I AM getting paranoid..and I just wanted someone else to see her. A few scratches on the outside but NEVER USED? Well ABFAB! Something good to report today!! Thanks again! Sometimes when things are too good to be true...

The measurements are 10.5"(L)x7"(H)x2.5"(D)

Newer style Coach bags with "Crossbody" in the actual title are almost always small bags. And if it doesn't have a creed patch it's definitely a small bag. The style number also points to it being a small bag that Coach considers an accessory rather than a handbag.

They're not what I would call roomy, but your definition may be different than mine. Forget about fitting most tablets or e-readers into one though.

really? I have the samsung 7.0 even that wont fit? and like my school notebook (actual spiral, letter size) If its like that then no. I am looking for a new bag for that purpose because my MK hamilton is sometimes so heavy on its own that I wanted something more lightweight with top zipper so i can use in bad weather.

Station 85 writes that she has moved to ETSY after a fabulous ebay experience..All I know is she LOVES slathering her bags with shoe polish..so they are nice & shiny. ~I emailed her & asked her if she put shoe polish on her bags...KIWI QUEEN.. Yes, I think it is a little small for a school bag. There is a style that looks very similar but is bigger. Like I mentioned before, check out the Campbell collection clubhouse or do a search on ebay for Coach Campbell. Maybe style 24741 would be better for you.

I was looking at the campbell 25290..also on amazon.. that one looks bigger
