It looks really scratched and is missing the strap. This is the seller who sold me the disintegrating crescent. If you look closely at all her bags they look shabby.

A plant code of E with a made in the United States creed is always fake. The X is also an invalid month code. It can't even be an error of transposition.

a Logan is 9907, so it could possibly say that. I don't think the bag is authentic though. It looks like the factory code is H, and the number doesn't have the font or spacing of an H plant creed. The padding on the turnlock looks wrong too.

Have you ever seen a seller claim a bag was newer than it was? It seems like nearly every older bag on ebay is claimed to be at least 10 years older than it actually is.
