The style made for the Coach boutiques has the horse and carriage. When they remade them for the factory stores, they left off the horse and carriage. The listings you asked about were for authentic bags that were made for factory stores. You can tell they were made for factory because they have the letter F in the creed after the dash. I don't recall ever seeing this style with another logo.
It's authentic. It looks like a standard saddle pouch 9590.

Is it black or navy? I have a navy one and it has become one of my daily bags.

Another problem with most of the ebay.ph listings is that they require payment by the equivalent of cash. That's a huge red flag too.thanks, whateve, BeenBurned and Hyacinth!

If there's any chance you used a credit card to fund the payment, contact your company and file a dispute.
One of the reasons for post #1 and the information and format required/requested for posting her is that we can see the source of the items we're evaluating. Had we known from the start that your bag came from ebay.ph, we would have immediately recognized the disparity between your bag and the authentic version.
I understand that as a Filippino citizen, you want to support your own country's sellers but in this case, we strongly recommend against it because of the bags we've seen.
Wait for other confirmation but I've seen that type of numbering on limited edition items, not just handbags.
The second set of numbers would indicate that this bag is number 73 of 800 made.
