Twins...except mine is a beautiful taupe color. I went back and looked at your pics before and after...and I'm a bit envious. My bag was in good condition when I received it but I gave it a bath anyway just to freshen it up and plump up this lighter/thinner leather but I've been unable to get the beautiful sheen you have on yours. I've done all the same things...Leather CPR and Black Rock...twice each. It still feels a bit dry and is dull looking. It still looks dirty in this pic and others I took but it's not. Shadows maybe.

Any suggestions?

I have more pics and can post them but they all look the same. Do you think this color of leather just doesn't have the depth black does? I posted a couple of times in the rescue/rehab thread about the wrinkles in it. I even gave it a second bath...tried ironing it per Whateve's suggestion...it's a beautiful bag but I've become frustrated with it.

Love this color! But it seems to me that the lighter colors just don't have the color depth, like you said. The surface is just different. My best solution for wrinkles or creases is just extra-warm bath water and maybe a longer soak.
