Just yesterday, I reported fake bags from this seller (which were removed) with the infamous J8Y serial number. Seller doesn't verify authenticity of her bags and mixes authentics and fake.

This is a new one! Not a Coach as we know it. It is possible it was made before Coach obtained their copyright. I'm assume that the fact that Coach now has a copyright prohibits the sale of this.

Hi alansgail and Sheri, thank you for sharing your experiences! My initial impulse was to message the seller directly and hope for a positive encounter like alansgail's, but i have also been following the threads about confronted sellers turning nasty like Sheri says. I wouldn't know how to handle a situation like that.
I felt distinctly snitchy when i decided to report because, who knows, maybe this seller made an innocent mistake; there are some remarkably nice fakes around and few people are as experienced and sharp-eyed as our experts here. But it's done and i feel glad that i didn't just let it go.
I wonder what happens next though. That listing is still up.
