Yep, there's a new company called Lithium doing the moderation, and they apparently take their orders right from Griff. Controlling the posts lets Ebay continue the illusion that all the brand names sold on Ebay are genuine.
There doesn't seem to be a Bally subforum but you might be able to find information on your dispute here. I see that there are Brahmin, Longchamp and other less common branded threads.

As for a dispute for counterfeit, you might want to post on the ebay forum. Before you accuse the seller, you might want to get verification that they do indeed fake the brand.

Thanks,Ive already spoken to ebay, I generally try to work out probs with the seller before going to resolution center..but I'm letting ebay handle it now..I'm also pretty peeved that several other sellers are copying my listings verbatim..stealing my goofy words from my goofy brain,,trying to use my reputation to sell their bags, which are NOT rehabbed..This has not been a good day..I can't believe sellers are so lazy that they can't write their own listings..I won the last complaint, because ebay can see I use a template of sorts with variations..right now I fel like a cartoon charachter with steam coming out of my ears..I write long listings,mostly humourous ~for my mom..these idjuts have been copying everything~down to my store policies..bad enough they steal pics but my WORDS?? I need to move to ETSY..a kinder gentler place..Sorry, I need to Vent before my head explodes.. I feel so violated!I work really hard, writing stories about the items I sell..beyond the cleaning, rehabbing restoring etc.. Im SO not in the mood to call ebay again.. I can't comment on the bag, both because I don't know the bag but also, because the seller doesn't have enough pictures and most (if not all) the pictures are stolen from other sources.

The modeling pics are taken from google images and the other 2 pictures don't show enough to even know the style of the bag.
Her other (completed) listings either use stolen stock pictures or don't have enough images to authenticate either.

I have NO CLUE what this is, as there is no serial number. Found a slightly different one on ebay, but it was "individually burnished" leather...and no name.
Round bottom reminds me of slim duffle sacs I have...but it's sooo tiny!
Would love to know name, age, style #...thanks in advance!
